Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 pita breads

  • Sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce for filling

 

  • Garlic sauce or tahini sauce

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and all spices in a bowl.

  • Add chicken and coat well; marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  • Cook the chicken on a grill pan or skillet until golden and cooked through.
