These Shrimp Alfredo Stuffed Shells are a creamy, cheesy, seafood lover’s dream! Jumbo pasta shells are filled with juicy shrimp and baked in a luscious Alfredo sauce for the ultimate comfort food dinner.

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a skillet, cook shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until pink.

  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, and cooked shrimp.

  • Stuff each shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.

  • Pour Alfredo sauce over the shells and top with remaining cheese.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

You can add spinach or crab meat to the filling for extra flavor.
