These Shrimp Alfredo Stuffed Shells are a creamy, cheesy, seafood lover’s dream! Jumbo pasta shells are filled with juicy shrimp and baked in a luscious Alfredo sauce for the ultimate comfort food dinner.
20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until pink.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, and cooked shrimp.
Stuff each shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
Pour Alfredo sauce over the shells and top with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
You can add spinach or crab meat to the filling for extra flavor.
