Skillet S’mores Dip is a rich and gooey dessert that combines melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows in a warm skillet, offering all the flavors of classic s’mores without the campfire.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bars)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for serving
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for greasing the skillet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Lightly grease a small oven-safe skillet with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Evenly spread the chocolate chips in the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Top with a layer of mini marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
