This southwest chicken salad is bold, fresh, and super satisfying. Packed with juicy chicken, creamy avocado, crunchy veggies, and zesty lime, it’s a protein-rich salad perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels

  • 1/2 cup black beans

 

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
