A fresh twist on bruschetta with creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and crispy bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toast baguette slices until golden brown.
  • Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss tomatoes with olive oil and basil.
  • Spread avocado on toasted bread and top with tomato mixture.
  • Serve immediately!
