A quick, hand-held wrap loaded with spicy buffalo chicken, crisp greens, and creamy sauce—perfect for lunch or dinner.

  • 500g chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  2. Stir in buffalo sauce and simmer for 2 minutes to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  3. Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread dressing onto each tortilla. Add lettuce, cooked buffalo chicken, and chopped herbs.
  5. Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
