Crispy tortilla cups filled with creamy guacamole and topped with juicy, spicy shrimp—perfect for parties and appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 12 mini tortilla cups or wonton cups
  • 1 large avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

 

  • Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook shrimp with paprika and cayenne until opaque.
  • Fill each tortilla cup with guacamole and top with a shrimp.

 

  • Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add jalapeño slices on top.

 

  • Serve immediately to keep tortilla cups crisp.
