Spinach Cheese Balls are crispy on the outside, gooey inside, and packed with the goodness of spinach and melted cheese — a perfect appetizer or snack! (Keyword: Spinach Cheese Balls)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach (chopped and cooked)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix spinach, cheeses, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Form into balls.

  • Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

 

  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • Freeze the balls for 15 minutes before frying to keep shape.
