Juicy, pan-seared steak with a creamy sauce, perfect for a restaurant-quality dinner at home. This dish is rich, flavorful, and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and black pepper, stirring until thickened.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the steaks and garnish with parsley

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
  • Adjust the sauce thickness by adding more or less cream.
