This no-bake Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake combines a creamy strawberry filling, golden cookie crust, and a crunchy strawberry topping that’s bursting with flavor and nostalgia!
2 cups crushed golden Oreos
1/2 cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
1 box strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
Freeze-dried strawberries and cookie crumbs (for topping)
Mix crushed Oreos with butter and press into a springform pan.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
