This no-bake Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake combines a creamy strawberry filling, golden cookie crust, and a crunchy strawberry topping that’s bursting with flavor and nostalgia!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed golden Oreos

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping

  • 1 box strawberry gelatin

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup cold water

 

  • Freeze-dried strawberries and cookie crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  • Mix crushed Oreos with butter and press into a springform pan.

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in whipped topping and gelatin. Spread over crust.

 

  • Chill for 4 hours. Top with crushed cookies and strawberries.

Notes

Swap strawberry gelatin for raspberry or cherry for variety.
