Strawberry Cupcut is a no-bake layered dessert featuring sweet strawberries, a creamy mousse filling, and a buttery graham cracker base, served in elegant individual cups for a refreshing, crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese or mascarpone, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker or digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: mint leaves or white chocolate curls for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottoms of 6–8 small dessert cups or jars.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon or pipe a layer of the cream mixture over the crust in each cup.
  5. Add a layer of diced strawberries. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with strawberries on top.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with mint or white chocolate curls before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute mascarpone or ricotta for cream cheese.
  • Add blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries for variety.
  • Use a sugar substitute for a lower-sugar version.
  • Use crushed nuts in the base for added texture.
  • Best served chilled; do not freeze.
