4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create pockets.
