Juicy Stuffed Chicken Breasts packed with a flavorful cheesy-spinach filling and baked to perfection. This elegant dish is easy enough for weeknights yet fancy enough for guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create pockets.

  • Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and seasoning.

  • Stuff each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks if needed.

  • Season outside with salt and pepper.

 

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

Use sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for variation. Secure well to prevent filling from escaping.
