These Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies take classic cookies to the next level! Crispy on the outside and gooey in the center, each cookie hides a melty chocolate surprise inside. Perfect for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

 

  • 12 chocolate truffles or caramel chocolates

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make the dough: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Stuff the cookies: Scoop dough, place a chocolate truffle in the center, and wrap the dough around it.

 

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze chocolate truffles before stuffing for a gooey center.

 

  • Add sea salt on top for extra flavor.
