Decadent layers of coffee-infused cake and cream, this blueberry mocha drip cake is a showstopper for celebrations or coffee lovers with a sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 2 chocolate cake layers (homemade or boxed)

  • 1 1/2 cups coffee buttercream

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 cup mocha ganache (chocolate + coffee)

 

  • Chopped chocolate and blueberry topping

Instructions

  • Stack cake layers with coffee buttercream in between.

  • Cover entire cake with more buttercream.

  • Pour mocha ganache over top to create drips.

  • Garnish with blueberries and chopped chocolate.

 

  • Chill before slicing.

Notes

  • Use cold brew concentrate for stronger coffee flavor.

 

  • Add a hint of cinnamon to the buttercream.
