Silky whipped Greek yogurt crowned with spicy-sweet chili honey walnuts and fresh mint makes a dazzling breakfast, dessert, or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure honey
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or red pepper flakes
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, vigorously whisk the Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey. Add walnuts and stir to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle in chili powder or red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt if using. Stir well and remove from heat.
  4. Spoon the whipped yogurt into serving bowls.
  5. Top with warm chili honey walnuts and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately while yogurt is creamy and walnuts are warm.
