24 oz white chocolate (chips or chopped bars)
1/2 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
1/3 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
1/3 cup red and green holiday M&M’s or similar candies
Optional: holiday sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted (or melt using a double boiler).
Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
Immediately sprinkle chopped almonds, crushed peppermint, holiday candies, and sprinkles evenly over the top.
Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to help them stick.
Let the bark set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
