White Chocolate Pecan Fudge Squares are creamy, melt-in-your-mouth treats made with smooth white chocolate and crunchy toasted pecans—perfect for holidays, gifts, or a quick sweet fix.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • Optional toppings: sea salt flakes, crushed cookies, dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-second intervals), melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in the toasted pecans.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add optional toppings if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Lift fudge out using parchment handles, slice into squares with a hot knife, and serve.

Notes

  • Toast pecans to bring out flavor and improve texture.
  • Use a hot knife for clean cuts; wipe between slices.
  • Don’t substitute evaporated milk for condensed milk.
  • Add mix-ins sparingly to let the white chocolate flavor shine.
  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking when slicing.
