Cheesy Garlic Butter Burger Sliders are mini sandwiches made with juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and a rich garlic butter glaze on soft slider buns. Ideal for parties or hearty snacks.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, onions

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Divide beef into 12 portions and form into slider-sized patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  5. Top each patty with a slice of cheese and let it melt.
  6. Lightly toast slider buns and brush the insides with garlic butter.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing patties on bottom halves of buns, adding desired toppings, and covering with top halves.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use brioche, pretzel, or mini ciabatta rolls for different bun textures.
  • To avoid soggy buns, toast and butter them just before assembling.
  • Grill patties for a smoky flavor.
  • Patties can be pre-shaped and stored for up to 24 hours.
