These glossy chocolate brownies are intensely fudgy with a shiny top and rich chocolate flavor. Perfect for chocoholics and dessert lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

 

  • Optional: chocolate ganache topping

Instructions

  • Melt butter and mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  • Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.

  • Pour into pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins.

 

  • Cool and top with ganache for a glossy finish.
