Ingredients

  • Ground beef (preferably lean)
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ground cumin, paprika, and coriander
  • Salt and pepper
  • Plain flatbreads or naan
  • Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley or mint
  • Cherry tomatoes or sliced tomatoes
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic briefly.
