A creamy cheesecake filling in a graham cracker crust, swirled with a sweet strawberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  • Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar; press into a pie pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  • Whip heavy cream separately, then fold into cheese mixture.
  • Pour over crust and swirl in jam.
  • Chill for 4 hours before serving.
